摘要 高校学生和教师心理健康水平关系到高校的和谐稳定和立德树人理念的实现。通过问卷调查分析和纵向研究相结合,得出客观的目前高校大学生和教师心理健康现状。通过不断完善高校学生和教师心理辅导介入机制,如心理辅导、心理知识普及、EAP心理援助模式等具体可行的方法和措施,加强高校学生和教师心理健康的维护,提升高校师生心理健康水平和素养。 The mental health level of college students and teachers concerns the harmony and stability of colleges and the achievement of the concept of cultivating talents by strengthening morality education.Through the combination of questionnaire survey and longitudinal study,the present situation of psychological health of college students and teachers in colleges and universities is obtained.Specific feasible methods and measures such as psychological counseling,psychological knowledge popularization and EAP psychological aid pattern should be taken to perfect college students and teachers’intervention mechanism,so as to maintain the mental health of college students and teachers and enhance their level of mental health.
