摘要
研究了国内外3种典型中型中空容器专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的结构与性能,从而找出其性能上的差异。结果表明:进口HDPE 5421B具有良好的刚韧平衡性,冲击强度为24.5 kJ/m^2,弯曲模量为1.17 GPa,多分散系数大,加工性能优异;进口HDPE 50100韧性稍差,黄色指数较其他两种专用树脂高,为1.42,而且多分散系数小、熔体强度偏低;国产HDPE1除了多分散系数和拉伸断裂标称应变较5421B偏低外,其他性能与5421B相当。
The structure and properties of domestic and imported high density polyethylene(HDPE)for midsize hollow containers were studied.The results show that 5421B resin has excellent rigidity and toughness balance,its impact strength reaches 24.5 kJ/m2,flexural modulus reaches 1.17 GPa coupled with higher polydispersityl(PDI)representing excellent performance in machining.The toughness of 50100 resin is slightly worse and it has narrower PDI and low melt strength.Yellow index of 50100 resin is 1.42,higher that of the other two materials.The properties of HDPE1 are equivalent to 5421B except that PDI and tensile fracture nominal strain are lower than those of 5421B.
