摘要 为明确叶丝滚筒干燥工序对感官品质的影响,将滕州卷烟厂甲类卷烟一批A模块烟丝4 800 kg平均分为3份,每份1 600 kg。分别进行筒壁温度、滚筒转速和回风温度3个参数的梯度试验,每个参数设置5个梯度分别进行试验。结果表明,叶丝滚筒干燥工序对包灰效果基本无影响,对燃烧锥长度、顺畅感、香韵、杂气、刺激性、柔和度、吸味、均衡性有较小的正面影响,对香气质、细腻度、烟气状态、余味有较大的正面影响,对干燥感有较小的负面影响。 In order to clear leaf silk drum drying process influence on the sensory quality of Tengzhou cigarette factory,took first cigarette tobacco a batch of A module 4 800 kg and divided into three portions,each of the 1 600 kg.Gradient test tube wall temperature,rotation speed of the roller and the return air temperature three parameters separately,each parameter was set 5 gradient respectively.The results showed that the basic lobe wire roller drying process has no influence on the effect of ash on the package.Combustion cone length,smooth feeling,flavor,mixed gas,stimulation,softness,absorbing positive influence taste,there were smaller equilibrium.On the quality of aroma,delicate degree,there was a larger surface effect of flue gas state,aftertaste.Negative effect was smaller for dryness.
