摘要
该文介绍了某进口主配压阀的工作原理,分析主配压阀掉电关机对电网稳定的影响。提出了一种外置式主配压阀用自动复中装置,并对其原理、功能进行介绍。该装置可不改变现有主配压阀内部结构,实现水轮机调节系统电源消失时主配压阀保持在中位,以保持接力器开度和水轮机有功功率不变,有利于电网的安全稳定。
The principles of an imported main distributing valve was introduced,and the disadvantages of main distributing valve automatically shutting down was analyzed.The structure of external automatic return to middle position device for main distributing valve was ventured,and its principle and function were introduced.The device didn’t change the internal structure of the existing valve,make main distributing valve automatic return to middle position when hydraulic turbine regulating system power supply disappears,in order to maintain the power of the relay and the active power of the turbine,was conducive to the safety and stability of the power grid.
