数字化重建及3D打印技术在胫腓骨远端骨折治疗中的应用体会 被引量:4

Application of Digital Reconstruction Technology and 3D Printing Technology in the Treatment of Distal Tibia Fractures and Fibula Fractures

摘要 目的研究数字化重建技术与3D打印技术结合在胫腓骨远端骨折治疗中的应用。方法选取2015—2016年在包头第四医院收治的诊断为胫腓骨远端骨折的60例患者。按随机数表法分成数字组(30例)和对照组(30例)。数字组患者采用数字化重建技术与3D打印技术相结合治疗;对照组患者按传统方法治疗。对比两组治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间以及术后恢复时间。结果数字组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),显著高于对照组的66.7%(20/30)(P<0.05)。数字组手术时间(84.17±21.18)、住院时间(15.10±12.90)、术后恢复时间(42.40±8.91)均短于对照组手术时间(111.33±23.00)、住院时间(20.87±8.72)、术后恢复时间(50.17±4.20),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化重建技术与3D打印技术结合在胫腓骨远端骨折骨折治疗中,可以缩短手术和住院时间,缩短术后恢复时间,提高治疗效果,减少手术失败的可能性,安全可靠,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the application of treating distal tibia fractures and fibula fractures by digital reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology.Methods 60 cases of distal tibia fractures and fibula fractures from January 2015 to December 2016 were treated in Baotou Fourth hospital.They were randomly divided into digital group and control group,30 cases in each group.Digital group received digital reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology.Control group was given traditional treatment.Effect,operation time,hospital stay and postoperative recovery time were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency in digital group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 66.7%(20/30)in control group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative recovery time in digital group were(84.17±21.18)min,(16.50±12.90)d and(42.40±8.91)d,which were shorter than(111.33±23.00)min,(20.87±8.72)d and(50.17±4.20)d,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology can shorten the operation time and hospitalization,shorten the postoperative recovery time,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the possibility of failure of the operation in fracture of distal tibia and fibula fracture treatment.They are safe and reliable and are worthy of clinical application.
