摘要
为提高机场员工的安全绩效,基于社会交换理论和自我一致性理论,按照"个体人格—个体行为—个体绩效"的研究思路,分析机场员工马基雅维利主义人格对安全绩效的影响机制,探讨偏离行为在马基雅维利主义人格与安全绩效两者之间的中介作用,验证内部人身份感知在影响机制中的调节作用,构建被调节的中介模型。参考成熟量表设计出调查问卷,分别在湖北、广西等地机场进行问卷调查。采用AMOS 17.0软件对调查数据进行验证性因子分析,采用SPSS 19.0软件对调查数据进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果表明:马基雅维利主义人格对安全绩效具有负向影响作用,偏离行为在马基雅维利主义人格与安全绩效之间具有显著的中介效应,内部人身份感知负向调节马基雅维利主义人格对偏离行为的影响,并负向调节偏离行为在整个模型中的中介效应。
In order to improve the airport staff s safety performance,referring to Social Exchange Theory and Self-consistency Theory,and according to research route"Individual Personality-Individual Behavior-Individual Performance",this paper constructs a moderated mediation model to analyze the influence mechanism of Machiavelliansm on airport staff s safety performance,studies the mediation effect of deviant behaviors between them,and explores the moderation effect of perceived insider status in the model.The paper designs the questionnaire by referring to developed scales for airports in Hubei and Guangxi Provinces.On the basis of the data,the paper uses AMOS 17.0 to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and uses SPSS 19.0 to conduct the correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that Machiavellianism has a significantly negative effect on the safety performance;deviant behaviors has a significant mediation effect between Machiavellianism and safety performance;perceived insider status negatively moderats the relationship between Machiavelliansm and deviant behaviors;perceived insider status negatively moderates the mediation effect of deviant behavior in the whole model.
