摘要
【目的】比较研究追施不同质量浓度叶面钾肥对早熟砂梨果实生长发育特性及果实品质的影响。【方法】该试验以早熟砂梨‘翠冠’和‘苏翠1号’为研究试材,分别在2个品种果实生长周期内追施0.5(T1)、1.5(T2)和2.5 g·L^(-1)(T3)叶面钾肥。【结果】(1)T2和T3质量浓度追施钾肥,尤其是T2处理早熟砂梨果实纵横径生长速度高,单果重总体较大,‘翠冠’T2处理后的果实纵横径、单果重分别显著高于T1处理8.46%、5.27%、28.51%,‘苏翠1号’T2处理分别显著高于T1处理9.88%、5.28%、35.22%。(2)不同追施钾肥处理对‘翠冠’梨果实果形指数影响较小,‘苏翠1号’T2处理果实的果形指数高于T1和T3处理4.23%、5.02%,但2个品种梨果梗粗度不同处理之间差异不显著。(3)追施钾肥后,2个早熟砂梨品种果实可溶性糖总量、蔗糖、果糖和可溶性固形物含量依次为T2>T3>T1,不同质量浓度钾肥对2个品种早熟砂梨果实有机酸含量和硬度总体影响不大。【结论】在早熟砂梨果实发育期选择追施1.5 g·L^(-1)(K_2O元素含量为31%)质量浓度叶面钾肥,成熟果实单果重增大,果实可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物含量及果形指数高,综合品质得到有效改善,追施钾肥质量浓度过高或者过低都无法达到最佳效果。
【Objective】The effect of different concentration potassium fertilizer on growth and development quality of fruits were analyzed.【Method】The concentrations of 0.5(T1),1.5(T2)and 2.5 g·L-1(T3)potassium fertilizer were applied on leaves of sand pear cultivars‘Cuiguan’and‘Sucui1’during the development phase.【Result】(i)The vertical diameter,the cross section and single fruit weight were significantly increased by T2 treatment compared to T1 treatment.The vertical diameter,the cross section and single fruit weight in Cuiguan were 8.46%,5.27%,28.51%higher under T2 treatment compared to T1 treatment.9.88%,5.28%,35.22%higher were observed in Sucui1 under T2 treatment compared to T1 treatment;(ii)The minor effect of potassium fertilizer on the formation index of Cuiguan fruit was observed.However,significant increase such as 4.23%and 5.02%in Sucui1 using T2 concentration compared to T1 and T3 treatment were observed;the stem diameter of two cultivars displayed no significant difference among three concentrations;(iii)The level of soluble solid content,sucrose and soluble sugar of Cuiguan and Sucui1 were all in sequence of T2>T3>T1,but there was no significant difference in total acid content and firm among three different concentrations.【Conclusion】These results showed that the optimum concentration of potassium fertilizer application was 1.5 g·L-1 on leaf of sand pear.
