摘要
针对高校快递综合服务质量问题,文中建立以配送能力、取件的便捷性、员工服务为一级评价指标的层次结构模型,采用改进的层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重。实例表明,改进的层次分析法可以客观、科学地评价高校快递综合服务质量,为高校快递企业提高自身竞争力提供参考。
This paper focuses on evaluation of campus express service quality.Three alternatives are considered to build an index system of this problem:distribution capacity,facility for picking up package and staff service.Weight of each criteria of index system is given using improved analytic hierarchy process,which can provide an objective and scientific method for ranking campus express service quality.Example shows that the campus express service quality can be evaluated objectively and scientifically via improved analytic hierarchy.
