病理性瘢痕组织中Bcl-2、Fas蛋白的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨病理性瘢痕组织中B细胞白血病2蛋白(Bcl-2)、自杀相关因子(Fas蛋白)的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析2015年6月~2017年6月间行瘢痕切除术患者96例临床资料,根据切除组织病理检查结果分为病理性瘢痕组(n=46)和非病理性瘢痕组(n=50),并取非病理性瘢痕组患者正常皮肤组织作为对照组。比较3组Bcl-2、Fas蛋白阳性率及平均阳性细胞率,利用pearson相关分析Bcl-2、Fas蛋白的相关性。结果 (1)Bcl-2阳性率和平均阳性细胞率病理性瘢痕组高于非病理性瘢痕组和对照组(P<0.05)、非病理性瘢痕组高于对照组(P<0.05),Fas阳性率和平均阳性细胞率病理性瘢痕组低于非病理性瘢痕组和对照组(P<0.05)、非病理性瘢痕组低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)pearson相关分析结果显示,Bcl-2和Fas呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论病理性瘢痕组织中Bcl-2高表达、Fas蛋白低表达,监测和调控两者表达水平有益于指导临床治疗。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of B-cell leukemia-2B cell leukemia 2 protein(Bcl-2)and factor associated suicide factor associated suicide(Fas protein)in pathological scar tissue.Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of patients with scar resection from June 2015 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pathological examination results of removed tissue,patients were divided into the pathological scar group(n=46)and the non-pathological scar group(n=50).And the normal skin tissue from non-pathological scar patients was selected as the control group.The positive rate and the average positive cell rate of Bcl-2 and Fas proteins were compared among the 3 groups,and the correlation between Bcl-2 protein and Fas protein was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results The positive rate and the average positive cell rate of Bcl-2 in the pathological scar group were higher than those in the non-pathological scar group and the control group(P<0.05),and the two rates in the nonpathological scar group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rate and the average positive cell rate of Fas protein in the pathological scar group were lower than those in the non-pathological scar group and the control group(P<0.05),and the two rates in the non-pathological scar group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Bcl-2 had a negative correlation with Fas(P<0.05).Conclusions Bcl-2 is highly expressed and Fas protein is lowly expressed in pathological scar tissue,and the monitoring and regulation of expression levels of the two are helpful to guide the clinical treatment.
