茵栀黄颗粒联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗母乳性黄疸的效果及对免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨茵栀黄颗粒联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗母乳性黄疸的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法将100例母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组患儿口服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(妈咪爱),试验组患儿加服茵栀黄颗粒,均连续治疗5 d。结果治疗后,两组患儿的胆红素和体液免疫指标均有提高(P<0.05),CD_3^+变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD_4^+和CD_4^+/CD_8^+均降低(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组变化更明显(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗母乳性黄疸疗效更优,可改善免疫功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical e fe c t of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live(Medilac-Vita)in treating breast milk jaundice and its effect on immune function.M ethods Totally 100 infants with breast milk jaundice were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medilac-Vita for 5 d,while the experimental group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Medilac-Vita for 5 d.R esults After treatment,the indexes of bilirubin and humoral immunity of the two groups were increased(P<0.0 5),and the changes of CD3+in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.0 5),CD4+and CD4+/CDs+in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.0 5),and the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.0 5).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.0 5).C onclusion Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Medilac-Vita in the treatment of breast milk jaundice has better curative effect,it can improve the immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
