系统化整体护理干预在成人斯蒂尔病护理中的应用效果被引量：1

摘要目的探究系统化整体护理干预在成人斯蒂尔病(AOSD)护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月许昌市中心医院收治的40例AOSD患者,按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各20例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受系统化整体护理干预,随访3个月,统计对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑程度(HAMA评分)及生活质量(SF-36评分)变化。结果护理前,两组HAMA评分和SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后,两组的HAMA评分较护理前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,两组的SF-36评分较护理前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论系统化整体护理干预在AOSD护理中效果显著,可减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。
