摘要
为了研究月桂酸咪唑啉两性表面活性剂的水溶性及抗静电性,以月桂酸咪唑啉中间体、氯乙酸钠为原料经季铵化反应合成了月桂酸咪唑啉两性表面活性剂,通过考察物料配比等因素对其水溶性的影响,得到了最佳的季铵化反应条件,并探讨了季铵化反应条件对其抗静电性的影响.结果表明:最佳的季铵化反应条件为物料配比1∶2、反应温度80~90℃、反应时间4 h、pH=7.5~8.5、氯乙酸钠的加料方式为滴加、固含量质量分数40%;在最佳的季铵化反应条件下,月桂酸咪唑啉两性表面活性剂的抗静电性最好,比电阻值可达到7.45 MΩ·cm.
In order to study water-soluble and antistatic property of the lauric acid imidazoline amphoteric surfactant,lauric acid imidazoline amphoteric surfactant was synthesized with lauric acid imidazoline intermediates and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials.The effect of material ratio and reaction condition on the water solubility was investigated.The best quaternization reaction conditions of ammonium was obtained,and the effects of reaction conditions on antistatic property of quaternary ammonium was discussed.The results show that the optimum reaction conditions of quaternary ammonium salt material ratio is 1∶2,the reaction temperature is 80-90℃,the reaction time is 4 h,pH=7.5-8.5,feeding mode for adding sodium chloroacetate solid.The amount of 40%and under the optimum conditions of quaternary ammonium reaction,lauric acid imidazoline amphoteric surfactant is the best antistatic,and the resistance value can reach 7.45 MΩ·cm.
