基于Fluent的混凝土面板堆石坝渗流的数值模拟 被引量:10

摘要 针对修建在深覆盖层地基上的大坝的渗流控制问题,利用Fluent中的User-Defined Function(UDF)模块进行二次开发,通过C语言编写,加载到Fluent以及多孔介质模型的应用中,采用有限体积法进行基于Fluent的大坝渗流的数值模拟。通过对不透水地基上的均质坝渗流和有压地基渗流的模拟,验证了渗流模拟与试验相比具有相当高的吻合度,其中均质坝渗流模拟中浸润线求解的相对误差最大不超过1.19%;有压地基渗流模拟中流速相对误差在5%之内;渗流量和渗透压力相对误差均在1%上下。相较而言,UDF法模拟结果更加精确,说明UDF法具有更高的理论精度。应用UDF法对某水库混凝土面板堆石坝进行渗流模拟,得出了浸润面与流线图、水头分布等值线图,得到了很好的模拟结果。 Aiming at the problem of seepage flow control of the dam built on the foundation with deep overburden,the module-User-Defined Function(U D F)in Fluent is secondarily developed,and then it is again loaded into Fluent and the applications of porous media model through C language programming.Moreover,the Fluent-based numerical simulation on dam seepage flow is made with finite volume method.Through the simulation made on the seepage flow of the homogeneous dam built on impervious foundation and the pressure-seepage flow in foundation,it is verified that the simulation of seepage flow has a quite higher coincidence degree,if it is compared with that from experiment,in which the maximum relative error from solving seepage line in the simulation on the seepage flow of homogeneous dam is not over 1.19%,while the relative error of the velocity in the simulation of pressure-seepage flow in foundation is within 5%and the relative errors of both the seepage amount and the seepage pressure are about 1%.Comparatively,the result from the UDF method is more accurate,which indicates that the UDF method has a higher theoretical accuracy.The UDF method is applied to simulate the seepage flow of the concrete face rockfill dam of a reservoir,and then the surface of seepage as well as the flow chart and the contour chart of water head distribution are obtained with better simu-lated results.
