博物馆展柜微环境通信系统设计

摘要 对于保存文物的博物馆展柜,需要监控多种物理量。每种物理量均由专门设备负责监控。通常,一台设备就是一个对外通信节点。单台展柜节点数量较多,对上位机的运行造成较大负荷。为了减少单台展柜的通信节点数量、统一展柜对外的通信协议及通信接口、降低上位机的运行压力,设计了一种展柜微环境通信系统,以实现监控设备和上位机之间的数据传输,完成双向通信。系统以MC9S12XS128为微控制器进行嵌入式软硬件设计,与上位机通过Wi Fi进行通信、与监控设备进行RS-485通信,实现了数据汇集、存储整合、远程通信等功能。对系统进行了持续168 h(7天)的通信测试,证明系统与上位机及监控设备整体通信测试通过率大于99%,满足文保行业要求。该系统实现了对展柜微环境的分布式监控,使得每个展柜微环境能够独立、灵活、高效地调控,加快了博物馆管理从人工监控到电子信息化的过渡。系统能够辅助实现文物微环境的实时监测、控制和记录,这些数据对文物的科学研究和保护工作具有重要参考价值。 Museum showcase for preservation of cultural relic needs to monitor a variety of physical quantities.Each physical quantity shall be monitored by dedicated equipment.Generally,each equipment is an external communication node.The quantity of a single showcase nodes is quite big,thus the operational load of upper computer is large.In order to reduce the quantity of communication nodes of single showcase,unify showcase external communication protocol and communication interface,decrease the operating pressure of upper computer,the showcase microenvironment communication system has been designed to realize data transmission and bidirectional communication between monitoring equipment and upper computer.With MC9S12XS128 as the micro controller,embedded hardware and software design is implemented for the communication system,which communicates with upper computer via WiFi,communicates with monitoring equipment through RS485,and implements functions of data collection,storage consolidation,remote communications,etc.The system has been continuously tested for 168 hours(7days),the results verify that the pass rate of communication test exceeds 99%,which meets the requirement for culture relics protection.The distributed monitoring of showcase microenvironment is realized by the system,the microenvironment of each showcase can be controlled independently and flexibly with high efficiency,thus the management of museum can be transit quickly from manual monitoring to electronic information monitoring.The system assists real time monitoring,control,and record of relics micro environment,these data are valuable for relic study and protection
