摘要
为了提高准噶尔盆地玛东斜坡区的机械钻速,减少钻井事故发生率,缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本,为此有针对性地进行了钻井提速配套技术的研究。该地区地层压力系统复杂,可钻性差,储层性质变化快等工程难点,严重制约着玛东斜坡区油气勘探的进程。通过优选高效的PDC钻头,优化钻井液体系,采用特殊的提速辅助工具多维扭力冲击器等,形成了适应于玛东斜坡区钻井提速配套技术。现场应用的16口井中,平均机械钻速由4.02m/h提高到5.9m/h,提高了48%。平均钻井周期较设计提前了10d。现场应用情况表明,玛东斜坡区的钻井提速配套技术明显提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,为该地区以后的钻井提速提供了新的技术支撑。
In order to improve the drilling speed in Madong Slope Zone of Junggar Basin,reduce the accidence in well drilling,shorten the drilling cycle and reduce the drilling cost,a new matched technology of drilling speed enhancing was studied based on the study above.The formation pressure system in this area was complex,the drill ability was poor with rapid reservoir changes,which seriously restricted the process of oil and gas exploration in Madong Slope Zone.By PDC bit selection,optimization of drilling and completion fluid system,special speed enhancing tool such as multi-dimensional torsion impact generator was used for creating the drilling speed matching technology used in Madong Slope Zone.Field application is carried out in 16 wells,the average rate of penetration is enhanced to 5.9 m/h from 4.02 m/h,it increases 48%.The average drilling cycle is 10 days earlier than that of design.Field application indicates that the matched speed enhancing technology is used for obviously enhancing ROP,shortening the drilling cycle,it provides a new technical support for future drilling speed enhancement in the area.
