摘要
内蒙某钼铋矿中Mo为0.087%,Bi为0.034%,S为0.15%.为了高效低能耗开发利用该矿石资源,采用"钼铋硫混选-分离"工艺流程进行选矿试验,获得的试验指标为:钼精矿中Mo为51.02%,回收率为90.96%,铋精矿Bi为30.58%,回收率41.12%。
A molybdenum-bismuth ore in Inner Mongolia has a Mo content of 0.087%,Bi content of 0.034%and S content of 0.15%.In order to develop and utilize the ore resource in a high-efficient and low-energy way,process flow of molybdenum,bismuth and sulfur bulk flotation-separation is adopted for mineral processing tests.Following testing indexes are obtained:Mo content of Mo concentrates is 51.02%with a recovery rate of 90.96%and Bi content of bismuth concentrate is 30.58%with a recovery of 41.12%.
