摘要
目的探讨功能性电刺激结合踝足矫形器对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力恢复的效果。方法将72例急性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规康复治疗和佩戴踝足矫形器,治疗组在此基础上给予功能性电刺激,分别进行4周的治疗,于治疗前、后采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评定下肢运动功能、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评定平衡功能、功能性步行分级(FAC)评定步行能力。结果治疗前两组患者的FMA、BBS、FAC评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后两组FMA、BBS、FAC评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者FMA评分(29.31±6.54)分、BBS评分(40.02±7.82)分、FAC评分(3.21±1.10)分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激结合踝足矫形器可更有效地改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的步行能力。
Objective To explore the effect of functional electrical stimulation(FES)combined with ankle-foot orthosis(AFO)on the walking ability of hemiplegia patients with stroke.Methods 72 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with FES combined with AFO;and the control group received rehabilitation therapy and AFO.The treatment lasted four weeks in both groups.Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Functional Ambulation Category were used before and after treatments.Results No significant difference in FMA,BBS and FAC scores was found between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).Significant difference in FMA,BBS and FAC scores was found in both groups after four weeks of treatments(P<0.05).The FMA,BBS and FAC scores were all higher in the treatment group than in those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation combined with ankle-foot orthosis can produce better effect on the walking ability of hemiplegia patients with stroke.
