摘要
针对传统电力开关柜中测温系统受电磁干扰严重、布线困难和能源供应不便等问题,采用声表面波测温技术搭建了一套开关柜温度在线监测系统.该系统用平面倒F型替代螺旋单极子天线,对天线的结构进行参数优化,突破数据集中器原装天线传输距离短的局限;调整传感器实际安装位置,最大程度避免信号交叉干扰.实际运行表明,系统工作稳定、效果良好,有效地解决了强电磁干扰问题,达到了开关柜在线温度监测的精度要求.
Aiming at the problems of the traditional electric switchgear including the severe disturbance of the temperature measurement system by electromagnetic interference,the difficulty of lying line and the inconvenience of energy supply,etc.,a temperature on-line monitoring system was built based on surface acoustic wave measurement technique.The system used planar inverted-F antenna alternative helical monopole antenna to optimize the structure of the antenna.It broke through the limitations of the short transmission distance of the original antenna of the data concentrator.The actual installation location of the sensor was adjusted to avoid signal cross interference to the greatest extent.The actual operation showed that the system worked stably with good results,effectively solving the problem of strong electromagnetic interference,meeting the accuracy requirements of on-line temperature monitoring of the switchgear.
