摘要
提出了一种考虑安全自动装置在遭到网络攻击后的电网安全风险评估方法。研究变电站母线和输电线的保护参数设置对电网物理特性的影响,分析保护装置、保护逻辑和断路器逻辑之间的关系,并根据提出的方法对保护装置遭受网络攻击后系统的物理特性进行仿真分析。利用负荷削减期望指标量化因网络攻击造成的可能系统负荷损失,采用蒙特卡洛仿真方法计算母线接线方式改变后的负荷削减期望值。最后以9节点母线系统为例,验证了所提风险评估方法的有效性。
This paper proposed a risk assessment method of grid with cyber attack on relay protection system and analyzed the influence of bus and transmission line protection setting on grid physical characteristics and the relationship among protection setting,protection logics and breaker logics.Based on the method proposed,the simulation of system response after cyber attack on protection was carried out.The expectation of load curtailment(ELC)index was utilized to quantify the system load loss with cyber attack,which was obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation.Finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified by a 9-bus sample power system.
