摘要
针对硅溶胶反应釜中温度控制存在因不确定滞后导致的控制困难,需采用一种模糊PID控制算法。该算法通过PLC的系统功能来实现,也就是利用了PLC控制系统可靠、抗干扰能力强、灵活等特点。现场运用结果表明模糊PID控制器提高了系统抗外部干扰和适应内部参数变化的鲁棒性,保证了硅溶胶生产温度控制系统的精度。
Aiming at the temperature control difficulty caused by uncertain hysteresis in silica sol reaction kettle.It is necessary to adopt a fuzzy PID control algorithm.The algorithm is achieved through the PLC system functions,that is,taking advantages of the characteristics of PLC reliable control system,anti-interference ability,flexibility and so on.The field application results show that the fuzzy PID controller improves the robustness of the system against external disturbances and adapts to the changes of internal parameters,and guarantees the accuracy of the temperature control system of silica sol.
