摘要
目的:比较直接法和间接法制成的同种石英纤维桩核,对不同漏斗深度前牙漏斗状根管修复后的抗折性能,为临床漏斗状根管修复方法的选择提供依据.方法:收集近期完整拔除的大小相似,形态相近的上颌中切牙30颗,随机分为2个实验组,每组又随机分为漏斗深度3 mm,4 mm,5 mm共3组,第1组样本全部用直接法完成石英纤维桩核冠修复,第2组用间接法完成石英纤维桩核冠修复,所有样本制备试件后置于万能力学试验机上测试其抗折性能,记录折裂时的最大力值并观察样本折裂模式.结果:两组中间接法制作的石英纤维桩核修复后根管抗折力值高于直接法(P<0.05),漏斗深度越小,修复后的根管抗折力值越大(P<0.05).桩核制作方法和漏斗深度两个变量之间交互作用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:不同石英纤维桩核制作方法修复漏斗状根管时,相同漏斗深度时,间接法抗折力值更大;修复失败后,间接法牙根再利用率高于直接法,在大漏斗深度的根管修复时,间接法优于直接法.
Objective:To compare the fracture resistance of anterior teeth flared root canal of different funnel depth after repair using same kind of quartz fiber post core prepared by direct and indirect method,thus to provide evidence for clinical selection of repair method.Methods:Thirty maxillary central incisors with similar shape and size,which were completely removed recently,were collected and divided into 2 groups randomly.Each group was further randomly divided into 3 subgroups by funnel depth of 3,4 and 5 mm.One group completed quartz fiber post repair by direct method,and the other group by indirect method.The fracture resistance of the samples were measured by universal mechanical testing machine.The maximum force and mode of fracture was recorded.Results:Root canal repaired with quartz fiber post core prepared by indirect method showed higher fracture resistance force than that by direct method(P<0.05).The smaller the funnel depth,the greater the fracture resistance force after repair(P<0.05).The interaction between two variables,method making post core and funnel depth,had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:As for repair of flared root canal with same funnel depth,quartz fiber post core prepared by indirect method caused stronger fracture resistance force.After the repair failed,the reutilization rate of root repaired by indirect method was greater than that by direct method.Also,for repair of root canal with deep funnel,indirect method was better than direct method.
