摘要
隔气结构膜作为真空绝热板的隔气结构,它的材质选择及结构等方面对真空绝热板的绝热性能影响比较大。为了使真空绝热板绝热性能更加优越,按照隔气结构膜的发展时间顺序研究了几种典型的隔气结构膜,并对隔气结构膜的选材及结构等方面进行优化,提出延长真空绝热板使用寿命的优化措施,并阐述了目前所面临的困境与难点,对真空绝热板隔气结构膜的发展提出展望。结论对优化真空绝热板隔气结构膜延长使用寿命,提高其有效导热系数具有指导意义。
As a gas barrier structure,gas barrier film's material selection and structure of the vacuum insulation panel adiabatic performance is relatively large.In order to make the thermal insulation performance of vacuum insulated panels became more superior,several typical gas barrier films were studied and the selection of the structure of the gas barrier membrane structure and other aspects of optimization were studied.We put forward optimizing the life of the vacuum insulation panel and elaborating the difficulties we are facing.The prospect of the development of vacuum insulation panel structure is put forward.The conclusion is helpful to optimize the service life of the vacuum insulation panel and improve the effective thermal conductivity.
