标准群钻钻骨过程中钻削力的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 钻骨在骨外科手术中应用十分广泛,钻头钻削力大小对于手术过程有较大影响。当今临床上外科医生大多使用手持电钻加持标准麻花钻进行骨钻削,钻削力的大小对于医生的手术操作有较大的影响。本文对标准群钻钻骨过程中的切削力进行实验研究,研究了钻骨过程中钻头进给速度和转速对于切削力的不同影响。实验结果表明,采用两种不同型号标准群钻钻型对猪股骨进行钻削相较于标准麻花钻的钻削力都有一定降低。 The bone drill is widely used in orthopedic surgery.The drill bit's drilling force has a great influence on the surgical procedure.Most surgeons use hand-held drills to hold standard twist drills for bone drilling.The size of the drill force has a great influence on the doctor's surgical operation.In this paper,the cutting forces in the process of drilling with standard group drills are studied experimentally,and the different influences of bit feed speed and rotation speed on the cutting force during drilling are studied.The experimental results show that the drilling force of two different types of standard group drills has a certain reduction compared with the standard twist drill when drilling the pig femur.
