摘要
纳米TiO_2是具有屏蔽紫外线功能和产生颜色效应的一种宽禁带半导体材料。由于它具有透明性和防紫外线双重功能,使得它一经问世,便在防晒护肤、塑料薄膜制品、木器保护、透明耐用面漆、精细陶瓷等多方面获得了广泛应用,但在实际应用中也存在一些缺陷,如TiO_2带隙较宽,光吸收仅限于紫外光区,限制了对太阳光的利用。因此,如何制备性能优异的TiO_2纳米粒子成为目前材料研究中的活跃课题之一,具有重要的科学意义。本文综述了TiO_2纳米粒子的结构和特点,系统总结了TiO_2纳米粒子的物理和化学制备方法;同时介绍了TiO_2纳米粒子应用研究进展以及在制备中遇到的问题。
Nano-TiO2 is a kind of transparent substance that has the function of shielding ultraviolet ray and producing color effect.Due to its high transparency and UV protection,it has been widely used in sunscreen,skin care,plastic film products,wood protection,transparent durable topcoat and fine ceramics.However,in its practical applications,TiO2 has some disadvantages.Although the light is relatively stable,its band gap is wide,and the light absorption is limited to the UV region,hence limiting the use of sunlight.Therefore,how to prepare TiO2 nanoparticles with excellent performance has become one of the most active topics in the field of materials research,which has important scientific significance.In this paper,the structure and characteristics of TiO2 nanoparticles are introduced.The physical and chemical preparation methods of TiO2 nanoparticles are systematically summarized.The progress of the application of TiO2 nanoparticles and the problems encountered in their preparation are also reviewed.
