摘要
随着城市和经济的发展,污染排放量逐渐增加,工业污水、生活污水、初期雨水等城市水污染问题日趋突出,水环境破坏严重。在经济体制改革中,我国的城市水环境治理机制和政策在逐步发生变化,因此构建与时俱进的水环境治理运作机制,具有重要的现实意义。本文对我国城市水环境现状进行分析,提出城市水环境污染治理运作的对策,以期为城市水环境治理工作提供参考。
With the development of cities and economy,the pollution discharge gradually increases.The problems of water pollution in cities such as industrial sewage,domestic sewage and initial rainwater are becoming more and more prominent,and the water environment is severely damaged.In the process of economic system reform,the mechanism and policy of urban water environment management in our country are gradually changing.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the operation mechanism of water environment governance that advancing with the times.This article analyzes the present situation of urban water environment in our country,puts forward the countermeasures of urban water environment pollution control and operation,with a view to providing reference for urban water environment management.
