摘要
目的研究芳香化酶P450在子宫内膜异位症中的表达与诊断价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年8月间该院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者90例与其他良性病变患者90例作为研究对象,分别作为试验组与对照组,采用免疫组织化学检测法对两组患者子宫内膜中P450arom蛋白的表达,并结合患者相关情况分析其临床诊断价值。结果试验组中P450arom蛋白阳性检出率为81.11%,表达水平为(0.54±0.25),对照组组中P450arom蛋白阳性检出率为12.22%,表达水平为(0.21±0.08),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P450arom蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者的增生期与分泌期的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结合相关数据得出P450arom蛋白用于诊断子宫内膜异位症的敏感性为81.11%,特异性为87.78%,阴性预测值为82.29%,阳性预测值为86.90%。结论芳香化酶P450的高表达与子宫内膜异位症有关,将芳香化酶P450用于子宫内膜异位症检查诊断具有参考价值。
Objective This paper tries to study the expression and diagnostic value of aromatase P450 in endometriosis.Methods 90 patients with endometriosis from January 2015 to August 2017 in this hospital and 90 patients of other benign lesions were selected as the research objects,respectively as the experimental group and control group,using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of P450arom protein in the endometrium in the two groups,and combining with the case analysis of patients with the clinical diagnosis value.Results The positive rate of P450arom protein in the experimental group was 81.11%,the expression level of(0.54±0.25),the control group group was 12.22%,the expression level of(0.21±0.08),there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);P450arom protein had no significant statistical significance in the difference of proliferation in patients with endometriosis and expression in the secretory phase(P>0.05).According to related data,the sensitivity of P450arom protein in diagnosis of endometriosis was 81.11%,specificity was 87.78%,negative predictive value was 82.29%,and the positive predictive value was 86.90%.Conclusion High expression of aromatase P450 is associated with endometriosis,and aromatase P450 can be used as a reference in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
