摘要
目的调查原因不明复发性流产患者的心理状况,采取相应的心理干预措施,讨论心理干预在原因不明复发性流畅生活质量改善中的作用。方法该文选取山东省寿光市人民医院2016年5月—2017年5月接诊的原因不明复发性流产患者150例,将其按照电脑随机表法分为研究组与对照组,每组分别75例,研究组患者使用心理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比两组患者的护理后的生活质量、心理状况以及对护理服务的满意度。结果研究组患者的生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感功能、心理卫生均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的SAS评分为(32.45±5.21)分,SDS评分为(35.21±5.46)分,均低于对照组的(45.27±4.20)分、(48.21±4.35)分,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对护理服务的满意度为98.67%,对照组为86.67%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于原因不明复发性流产患者开展心理干预,能够明显改善患者的生活质量,促进建立和谐的护患关系,值得推广使用。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the psychological status of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and the corresponding psychological interventions and to discuss the effect of psychological intervention on the improvement of the quality of life.Methods 150 cases of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion in Shouguang Poople's hospital,from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to computer randomized table method,with 75 cases in each group,the study group was treated with psychological intervention and the control group was treated with routine nursing care.The quality of life,psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The physiological function,body pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).SAS score of the study group was(32.45±5.21)points and SDS score was(35.21±5.46)points,lower than the control group of(45.27±4.20)points,(48.21±4.35)points,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing service in study group was 98.67%,and that in the control group was 86.67%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and promote the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,which is worth promoting.
