摘要
目的探究医院护理质量及其护理安全管理体系的构建。方法将2014年1月-2016年12月在该院接受住院治疗患者的护理安全事件报告作文本次研究的主要对象,对近3年的护理安全事件、主动报告等相关数据及信息进行研究分析,并对相关数据进行总结探讨。结果在护理安全事件方面,2014年发生28例(0.32%),2015年发生19例(0.20%),2016年发生14例(0.14%),近3年的护理安全事件发生总数和发生率均逐年降低;护理差错事件方面,2014年至2016年分别为出现4例(0.046%)、4例(0.042%)以及3例(0.030%),发生总数及发生率均逐年降低;在主动报告方面,2014—2016年的主动报告率分别为60.71%、89.47%和100.00%,近3年的主动报告率逐渐升高,且在2016年度达到100.00%;在护理投诉方面,近3年共出现6例护理投诉事件,且近3年的投诉事件发生率逐年降低。另外,在各类型的护理安全事件当中,用药方面的事件发生率(34.43%)最高,除去其他护理安全事件,手术事件的发生率(3.28%)最低,且近3年该院没有发生患者压疮事件。数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立适合我国医院的护理安全管理体系,对医院护理安全事件的发生有着极好的预防作用,对患者的安全护理起到了积极影响,对我国医学事业的发展也有极大帮助。
Objective To explore the quality of hospital nursing and the construction of nursing safety management system.Methods January 2014 to December 2016 in the hospital for the main object of nursing safety incidents of hospitalized patients report composition of the study on nursing safety events,nearly 3 years of active report and other related data and information were analyzed,and the relevant data were summarized.Results In the case of nursing safety incidents,28 cases(0.32%)occurred in 2014,19 cases(0.20%)occurred in 2015,14 cases(0.14%)occurred in 2016,and the total number and incidence of nursing safety incidents occurred in the past three years of 4 cases(0.046%),4 cases(0.042%)and 3 cases(0.030%),respectively.The total number and incidence rate were decreased year by year.In the case of active reporting,the active reporting rates from 2014-2016 were 60.71%,89.47%and 100.00%respectively.The active reporting rate in the past three years increased gradually and reached 100.00%in 2016.In the case of nursing complaints,there were 6 cases of care complaints,and nearly three years the incidence of complaints increased year by year.In addition,the incidence of medication(34.43%)was the highest among all types of care and safety events,and the incidence of surgical events(3.28%)was the lowest among other nursing safety events.In the past three years,there was no patient pressure event.Data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of a nursing care management system suitable for this hospital has an excellent preventive effect on the occurrence of hospital nursing safety events,and has played a positive impact on the patient’s safety care and has also greatly helped the development of medical industry in China.
