摘要
Lundberg在1972年提出了危急值管理的概念,其表述为"检验结果提示患者存在病理生理紊乱,如不及时进行适当的治疗将会威胁患者生命"。40多年来,检验危急值越来越受到国内外同行的关注,我国于20世纪90年代初正式引入危急值的概念并逐步推广。从医疗职业道德讲,危急值制度的建立对医护人员是一个保护,从医学伦理的角度看,对患者的的救治发挥了巨大的作用。该院检验科从2000年开始实行危急值报告制度,根据相关参考文献和征求临床科室意见确定了该科室的危急值项目和报告、处理流程,并持续改进。检验危急值报告制度建立以来,有效防止和减少了医疗纠纷和医疗事故的发生。
In 1972,Lundberg proposed the concept of critical value management,described it as“test results suggest a pathophysiological disorder in patients,if not timely treated will threaten life”.For more than 40 years,the critical value has attracted more and more attention of domestic and foreign counterparts,China officially introduced the concept of crisis the value of medical occupation in early 1990s.From the professional ethics perspective,critical value system establishment of medical personnel is a protection,from the ethical perspective,it plays an important role in the treatment of patients in this hospital.The inspection department began to implement emergency reporting system from 2000,processing according to relevant references and seeking advice to determine the clinical departments of the undergraduate,of critical value projects and reports,and continuous improvement.The critical value reporting system was established,effectively preventing and reducing the adverse events,medical disputes and accidents.
