临床护理路径在住院精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析住院精神分裂症患者健康教育中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院2016年1—12月期间收治的50例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,根据双盲法将其分为研究组(25例)与对照组(25例)。对照组25例精神分裂症患者健康教育中给予常规护理,研究组25例精神分裂症患者健康教育中给予临床护理路径;对比两组精神分裂症患者的疾病相关知识知晓率、遵医情况以及复发状况。结果与对照组相比较而言,研究组25例精神分裂症患者护理之后的疾病相关知识知晓率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比较而言,研究组25例精神分裂症患者护理之后服药依从性(92.00%)、定时复诊的依从性(84.00%)等其他遵医情况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院精神分裂症患者健康教育中临床护理路径的应用效果十分显著,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing path in the health education of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of schizophrenia patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were reviewed,and the patients were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to the double-blind method,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the research group adopted the clinical nursing path,and the awareness rate of disease related knowledge,compliance and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease related knowledge after nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after nursing,the medication compliance and regular further consultation compliance in the research group were better,which were respectively 92.00%and 84.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of clinical nursing path in the health education of inpatients with schizophrenia is very obvious,which is worth promotion and application in the clinical nursing work.
