摘要
目的探讨品管圈对提高新生儿安全转运规范率的效果。方法成立"及幼圈",确定"提高新生儿安全转运规范率"为活动主题,对2016年9~10月重庆市江津区中心医院新生儿安全转运规范率进行观察,与2015年11~12月品管圈活动实施前新生儿安全转运规范率进行比较,并对品管圈活动前后圈员的自我评价得分进行比较。结果开展品管圈活动后,新生儿安全转运规范率由活动前75.31%提升至活动后94.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.11,P<0.05)。品管圈活动目标达成率为127.19%。开展品管圈活动后,圈员的品管手法掌握程度、积极性及沟通协调能力有很大改善。结论通过品管圈活动,可以提高新生儿安全转运规范率,能有效保障新生儿转运安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of quality control circle(QCC)on improving the standard rate of safe transformation of newborns.Methods QCC team was founded,and the theme of"improving the standard rate of safe transrormation of newborns"was determined.The standard rate of safe transformation of newborns from September to October 2016 in Chongqing Jiangjin Central Hospital was observed,and was compared with the standard rate of safe transformation of newborns before the implementation of QCC from November to December 2015.The scores of QCC members′self-evaluation before and after QCC were compared.Results The standard rate of safe transformation of newborns after the implementation of the QCC was 94.44%and it was higher than that of before implementation(75.31%),with statiscally singificant difference(χ2=23.11,P<0.05).The target achievement rate of quality control circle was 127.19%.After the implementation of QCC,QCC members′enthusiasm,communication skills and quality management tools application had been greatly improved.Conclusion The standard rate of safe transformation of newborns can be improved by the implementation of QCC,which ensured the safe transformation of newborns effectively.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
