摘要
在全面从严治党,狠抓作风建设的高压态势之下,"四风"问题收敛明显,取得了一定的成效,但是问题的根源还没有得到彻底的清除,各种"四风"隐形变异问题有所抬头。本文通过调研桂林隐形变异"四风"问题存在的现状,在究其成因后,提出要强化教育到位、责任到位、监督到位、机制到位"四个到位",有效遏制"四风"问题的反弹回潮。
The"four winds"problem has astringed obviously and has achieved some efficiency under the high pressure of strict party discipline and the hard working of style construction.However,the root cause of the problems have not been completely eliminated,Various invisible variation"four winds"problems has rebounded.This paper investigates the current situation of Guilin’s invisible variation“four wind”problem.After deep dissection of the causes,it is proposed to strengthen education in place,responsibility in place,supervision in place,mechanism in place and so on to effectively curb the"four winds"problem rebound.
