相位电影磁共振技术定量测量小儿不同年龄段中脑导水管区脑脊液流动参数 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨相位电影磁共振技术定量测量小儿不同年龄段中脑导水管区脑脊液(CSF)流动参数的情况。方法前瞻性选取60例体检健康的小儿志愿者为研究对象,根据年龄段分组,其中<1岁15例为A组、1~6岁27例为B组,6~14岁18例为C组。三组儿童均行相位电影磁共振成像检查,比较三组中脑导水管区CSF流量及流速的情况。结果 B组中脑导水管上、中段CSF向上、下流速均明显高于C组(均P<0.05);而A组与B组、C组向上、下流速比较,均无显著差异(均P>0.05)。B组、C组中脑导水管上、中、下段水平CSF向上、下流量均明显高于A组(均P<0.05),而B组与C组各段向上、下流量比较,均无显著差异(均P>0.05)。三组导水管下段CSF向上流速比较,均无显著差异(均P>0.05),而A组、B组向下流速均高于C组(均P<0.05)。结论 0~14岁小儿中脑导水管CSF流速及流量存在显著差异,其中1~6岁CSF流速及流量明显升高,可据此初步建立年龄低于14岁的正常儿童中脑导水管区各段CSF流动参数的正常值范围。 Objective To investigate quantitative measurement of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)flow indexes in the midbrain aqueduct of children at different ages with cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging.Methods 60 children volunteers who were performed physical examination were selected in our hospital.According to the difference of ages,<1 years old in 15 cases as the group A,16 years old in 27 cases as the group B,6 14 years old in 18 cases as the group C.Three groups underwent cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging,and the flow rate and flow velocity in the midbrain aqueduct area of CSF were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of CSF in the upper and middle levels of the midbrain aqueduct in the group B were all higher than those in the group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the group A and the group B,C(P>0.05).The upward and downward flow of CSF in the upper,middle and downward of the midbrain aqueduct in group B and group C were significantly higher than those in group A(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the group B and the group C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups in the upward flow velocity of downward CSF(P>0.05).The downward flow velocity in group A and group B were all higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious differences in the velocity and flow of CSF in midbrain aqueduct between the age of 0 14 children,the velocity and flow of CSF increase significantly during 1 6 years old,which can be established normal ranges of flow parameters for CSF sections of midbrain aqueduct for those age lower than 14 years old in normal children.
