A New Mode of Talents Training under the Background of New Engineering Education

摘要 随着新经济的兴起和新产业革命的到来,传统工程教育面临严峻挑战,为主动应对这种挑战,新工科应运而生。人才培养模式是新工科建设的基础。更新人才培养理念,重构培养目标和知识结构,转变培养方式是新工科人才培养新模式的本质内涵。新工科人才培养新模式的构建策略为:(1)应响应时代呼唤,更新培养理念;抓住以学生为中心、反向设计、持续改进等几个关键环节,实现从传统工科学科导向的培养理念向成果导向转变。(2)推进范式转换,重构培养目标和素质结构;在品格培养方面,要回归"理性";在知识培养方面,应构筑起人才全方位复合型知识结构;在能力培养方面,要同时注重技能和能力的培养。(3)遵照顶层设计,重建培养方式;积极推进工科人才培养内外部环境协同;积极推进教学与科研的融合;积极推进不同工程院系、学科、专业之间的融合。 With the emergence of the new economy and the upcoming of the new industrial revolution,the traditional engineering education is facing a severe challenge,and the emerging engineering education comes up in order to deal with this challenge.The essential connotation of a new mode of engineering talent-training is discussed from aspects of renewing talents cultivation concept,reconstructing training objectives and knowledge structure,and changing training mode.The strategies for the new training mode of engineering talents are proposed.Firstly,it should update the concept to respond to the call of the times to transform the traditional engineering training idea to that of the outcome based education(OBE),which must follow the key points of student centered,reverse design and continuous improvement.Secondly,the paradigm shift should be promoted to reconstruct the training goal and quality structure.The senses need to be returned to character training of engineering talents,and the omni-directional compound knowledge structure should be paid enough attention,while both the skills and abilities should be paid sufficient attention in terms of capability training.Thirdly,the talents training method should be rebuilt with the top-level design by means of promoting the synergy of the internal and external environment,and the integration of teaching and research,different engineering colleges,disciplines and specialties.
