摘要
目前,随着我国对各方面管理模式的改革与创新,各个领域都有了新的改变与成效。尤其是医院的后勤方面,为保证其质量服务上的高标准,必须适应现代的创新要求,将全面质量管理运用在医院后勤的创新管理模式中,来达到其主要目的。该文通过对医院后勤创新管理方案中全面质量管理的措施以及管理的应用效果进行分析总结,强调加强相关人员的管理意识,以贯彻实现医院后勤创新管理对全面质量管理的标准化以及规范化,从而保证预期的应用效果。
Currently,with the reform and innovation of various management models in China,various fields have new changes and effects,especially in the logistics in our hospital in order to ensure the high standards of quality services,we must adapt to the requirement of modern innovation,and the application of general quality management in the logistics innovation management mode can reach the major aims,and the paper analyzes and summarizes the application effect of general quality management in the logistics innovation management mode in the hospital and enhance the management awareness of related staff to realize the standardization of general quality management thus ensuring the expected application effect.
