摘要
目的探讨抗病毒治疗依从性培训对改善艾滋病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择艾滋病患者60例,均由该疾控中心2015年4月—2017年4月门诊随访管理,随机分组,就常规随访管理及健康指导(对照组,n=30)与加强抗病毒治疗依从培训(观察组,n=30)对治疗依从性的影响展开对比。结果观察组所选艾滋病患者治疗依从率为100.0%,满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组80.0%、76.7%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对艾滋病患者加强治疗依从性培训,可显著提高治疗依从性,增强患者自我管理水平,具有非常重要的实施价值。
Objective To study the effect of standardized self-management teaching training on improving the treatment compliance of AIDS patients.Methods 60 cases of AIDS patients in clinic from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected for follow-up management and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine follow-up management and health guidance,while the observation group enhanced the anti-virus treatment compliance training,and the effect on the treatment compliance was compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance and satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(100.0%,96.7%vs 80.0%,76.7%),and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the treatment compliance training of AIDS patients can obviously improve the treatment compliance and enhance the self-management level of patients,which is of very important implementation value.
