摘要
本文以温州科技职业学院为例,在情境学习理论的关照下,通过实地调研发现,高职学生在经历了“导师+项目+团队”之后将获取五大方面的成效,即:获得有关的知识,获取相关的技能,习得创业所需品质和态度,明确职业规划以及其它收获,并提出完善该教育模式的四点对策建议。
This paper takes Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example.Based on the situational learning theory and in-depth interviews found that higher vocational students who experienced“tutor+project+team”practice will have five major aspects of the harvest,namely:knowledge,skills,learning the necessary business quality and attitude,to clear career planning and other individual harvests,at the same time,according to the problems in the model,proposes four suggestions.
