摘要
目的:分析与探讨缬沙坦与倍他乐克联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:以2016年6月至2017年6月作为研究时间点,选取该时间段于河南省济源市人民医院就诊的62例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,在满足患者利益、自愿选择的前提下,将采用常规治疗的31例患者纳入对照组,另外31例采用缬沙坦联合倍他乐克治疗的患者纳入研究组;对比观察两组患者不同方式治疗后的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗6个月后两组比较,研究组治疗总有效率(87.10%)高于对照组(64.52%)(P<0.05);而研究组患者的SBP、DBP与HR等水平比对照组降低更为明显,LVEF水平则较对照组明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:应用缬沙坦与倍他乐克联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,能够有效改善患者临床症状与体征,促进心功能改善,进而提升治疗效果,应用效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective:To analyze and investigate valsartan and betaloc combination therapy the clinical curative effect of chronic congestive heart failure.Method:62 cases of chronic congestive heart failure in Henan Jiyuan People's Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were collected as the research object.According to the choice of the patients,conventional treatment of 31 patients were included in the control group,the other 31 cases treated with valsartan combined betaloc were included into the study group.The clinical effect of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate(87.10%)was higher than that in the control group(64.52%)(P<0.05).In the study group,SBP,DBP and HR were significantly lower than those in the control group,while LVEF level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of valsartan and betaloc combination therapy of chronic congestive heart failure,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve heart function and raise the treatment effect,therefore the application effect is significant,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
