摘要
随着数控技术的不断发展,硬件故障日渐成为数控机床在生产过程中的主要故障类型,而随机性硬件故障的排除则是硬件故障排除的难点所在。为解决上述问题,通过对"回参考点故障"、"进给倍率故障"和"急停故障"三个生产性案例的分析,从高效性、针对性和实用性三个层面提出了一套完整的排障方法,为解决随机性硬件故障的排除提供了一定的参考和借鉴。该方法经生产验证,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
With the continuous development of numerical control technology,hardware failure is becoming the main fault type of CNC machine tool in the process of production,and elimination of random hardware fault is the difficulty in troubleshooting hardware.To solve the problem of random hardware troubleshooting,a complete set of troubleshooting methods will be summarized in this paper by three production cases of the fault of going back reference point,feed rate failure and emergency stop fault from three aspects of high efficiency,pertinence and practicability,which can provide some reference for solving the above difficulties.The complete set of troubleshooting methods has been proved by production and has certain popularization and application value.
