摘要
仪表总线是专门用于集中抄表的一种总线结构。在实际应用中,从机端通常使用一枚M-Bus作为从机芯片,目前国内外的此类芯片大多是以TI出品的TSS721A为蓝本设计的。而在带有电机驱动阀门的仪表(如智能水表)使用中,会遇到此类芯片均无法从总线上取得足够的电流去驱动阀门的问题,针对这一问题,如何设计一种仪表总线从机芯,既可以满足通信需要又可以输出足够的电流,去驱动阀门或连接其他模组,这样的芯片势必更符合市场的实际需要。
Meter Bus(in short M-Bus)is used for meter reading,which commonly uses a M-Bus transceiver at the slave.Up to now,TSS721A is the blueprint for most domestic and foreign transceivers.However,in the application of meter with valve driven by motor(such as smart water meter),the transceivers can not get enough current from the M-Bus to drive the valve.Aiming at this problem,a new transceiver is needed which satisfies both data transmission and supplying enough current to drive the valve or other module for meter bus.
