摘要
针对目前同步开关投切精度较低的问题,论述了同步开关动作原理与影响精度的主要原因.通过理论分析与实验验证,深入探讨了影响微处理器投切时间计算中的过零检测延迟时间、继电器动作时间、交流电周期时间等参数的误差范围,以及对总控制精度的影响程度.针对影响继电器动作时间的诸多因素,深入分析了实验结果,提出了保证动作精度的有效方案.通过综合分析影响投切精度的各种问题,提出了较高标准的设计指标,并提供了合理的解决方案与具体的设计建议.
Aiming at the problem of low precision of synchronous switch,the main reason of synchronous switch action principle and influence precision is discussed.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the error range of the zero-crossing detection delay time,the relay operating time and the AC cycle time are deeply discussed in the calculation of microprocessor switching time,and the influence degree on the overall control precision is also discussed.Besides,aiming at the factors that affect the operation time of the relay,the experiment results are analyzed,and an effective scheme to ensure the accuracy of the action is put forward.Through comprehensive analysis of the various problems affecting switching precision,a higher standard of design specifications is proposed,which provides a reasonable solution to the specific design recommendations.
