摘要
目的定量测试五种型号的医用防护口罩的面形密合度,为合理选择和佩戴口罩提供参考依据。方法利用口罩密合度测试仪Model8038定量测试29名参试人员对五种防护口罩的面形密合度,检测通过率。结果 29名参试人员中,有7人未能通过五种防护口罩的面形密合度测试,有9人只通过了一种防护口罩的面形密合度测试,6人通过了两种防护口罩的面形密合度测试,6人通过了三种防护口罩的面形密合度测试,只有1人适合佩戴四种口罩。5种防护口罩在不同动作下面形密合度的通过率没有差异(P>0.05),口罩类型和性别对面形密合度的通过率存在差异(P<0.05)。结论同一佩戴者对不同型号的口罩以及不同的佩戴者对同一型号的口罩,其面形密合度不同,在使用防护口罩时,应首先做面形密合度测试,选择适合自己脸形的防护口罩。
Objective To provide a reference for the proper selection and wear of the mask,quantitative fit of five types of protective masks were tested.Methods Using mask fit tester Model8038 to quantitatively test the face fit of 29 testers to five kinds of protective masks through the detection of pass rate.Results Of the 29 participants,7 failed to pass the face fit tests of the 5 kinds of protective masks,9 passed the face fit test for only 1 kind of the protective masks,6 passed 2 kinds and 6 passed 3 kinds.Only one of them was fit for 4 masks.No significant difference existed in the pass rate of the face fit of 4 kinds of the protective masks under different body movements(P>0.05).The type of the protective mask and the gender of the participant influenced the pass rate of face fit(P<0.05).Conclusion The face fit of different types masks for the same wearer and the same type of mask for different wearers are different.The face fit should be tested before wearing the protective mask to select the suitable mask.
