摘要
中职烹饪新教师入职时因没有受过系统的师范教育,入职即上岗教学会因经验不足等带来诸多问题,通过制度机制完善,组织新教师深入企业,开展名师引领,加强总结反思等途径,使新教师的专业能力在较短时间内快速提高,成为教育教学骨干。
Since the new teachers in secondary vocational culinary specialty have not been systematically trained in normal education,they will have some problems when stepping into teaching.Through the improvement of institutional mechanism,we should organize new teachers to go into enterprises,undertake master guidance,strengthen the summary and reflection,so as to make the new teachers improve their professional competence in a relatively short period of time and become the backbones.
