摘要
资助育人是学生教育工作的重要组成部分,随着高校招生规模的扩大,贫困生人数增加,高校资助工作出现了困难生认定难度大、认定机制不完善、重经济资助轻心理帮扶、重单向给予轻资助育人、重无偿资助轻感恩诚信教育等问题。钦州学院结合实际情况,积极开展资助育人工作的实践与探索,如精准认定,定量与定性相结合;精准评定,学工部门与职能部门相结合;关怀教育,经济扶持与心理帮扶相结合;助人自助,扶贫与扶志相结合;立德树人,诚信与感恩教育相结合。
Funding education is an important part of the student education,with the development of colleges and universities,the amount of poor university students rose rapidly,new problems appear in the funding education,such as it's hard to distinguish between difficult students;imperfect cognizance mechanism;heavy economic support for light psychological assistance;give one way to give light aid to educating people;heavy unpaid aid and light gratitude and honesty education.The practice and exploration of in Qinzhou University,such as,accurate identification,combination of quantitative and qualitative;precision assessment,the combination of the academic department and the functional department;care education,the combination of economic support and psychological help;helping people to help themselves,the combination of poverty alleviation and finance;moral education,the combination of honesty and gratitude education.
