摘要
分别以油酸钠、硬脂酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为改性剂湿法改性普通氢氧化镁,研究了改性剂的种类、改性剂用量、改性温度及改性时间对氢氧化镁沉降体积的影响。结果表明:当所用改性剂为油酸钠、改性温度为80℃、改性时间为4 h、改性剂用量为氢氧化镁质量的3%时,改性效果较明显,沉降速度最慢。通过扫描电子显微镜表征改性后氢氧化镁,发现氢氧化镁的团聚现象明显减少,分散性得到很大改善。
The common magnesium hydroxide was wet-modified with sodium oleate,sodium stearate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate respectively.The effects of modifier type,modifier dosage,modified temperature and the modified time on the sedimentation volume of magnesium hydroxide were studied.The results show that when the modifier is sodium oleate,the modified temperature is 80℃,the modified time is 4h,the modifier dosage is 3%of the mass of magnesium hydroxide,the modification effect is obvious and the settling rate is the slowest.Modified magnesium hydroxide being characterized by scanning electron microscopy,it is found that agglomeration of magnesium hydroxide reduced significantly and the dispersion has been greatly improved.
