摘要
教师培训是提高教师专业水平的有效途径。高中教师作为教师队伍中的一部分,应当努力做好其培训工作,以便更好地提高其教育教学实践能力。调查发现,高中教师主要存在两方面的困境,一是高中教师参与培训的积极性越来越低,二是高中教师参加培训的效果不理想。通过鼓励高中教师积极从事教育科研、参与支教行动以及参加情商培训等方式,可以有效改变当前高中教师培训的困境。
Teacher training is an effective way to improve the professional level of teachers.As a part of the teachers5 team,high school teachers should try their best to do their training so as to better develop their ability of teaching and teaching practice.Through investigation,it is found that there are two difficulties in senior high school teachers:one is that the enthusiasm of high school teachers to participate in training is getting lower and lower,the other is the effect of high school teachers5 participation in training is not ideal.By encouraging high school teachers to actively engage in educational research,participating in volunteer education and increasing EQ training,we can efifectively improve the current situation of high school teachers5 training.
