综放采空区注二氧化碳工艺优化数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究综放工作面采空区注二氧化碳对采空区遗煤自燃的惰化情况,通过建立综放采空区渗流场几何模型,采用数值模拟方法,研究了注二氧化碳不同压注位置、不同压注流量时对采空区的惰化情况。结果表明:选择压注口位置为距离工作面60 m处、压注流量为750 m^3/h时,注二氧化碳对采空区惰化效果最好,该应用成果对二氧化碳防治煤自燃有一定的参考意义。 In order to study the inerting goaf in fully mechanized caving face of injection of carbon dioxide on the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,goaf seepage field geometry model through the establishment of fully mechanized caving,numerical simulation method is used to study the inerting of goaf carbon dioxide injection pressure injection of different positions and different injection flow.The results show that when the location of carbon dioxide injection is selected from the location of the pressure drop from the working face 60m and the injection flow rate is 750 m 3/h,the effect of carbon dioxide injection on the goaf is the best,which is a reference for carbon dioxide prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.
