摘要
针对韶钢二电站3号、4号汽轮发电机原真空系统存在的真空泵效率逐年降低、真空系统偏低、水温较高、润滑油系统冷却效果差等问题进行分析,根据系统的实际运行情况,研究确定改造原3号、4号汽轮发电机真空系统,各新增一套射水抽气系统和冷油器系统.改造后提高了系统真空度,实现了节能增效.
This paper focuses on the original vacuum systems of turbo generators#3 and#4.The problems are the efficiency of vacuum pumps,low vacuum,higher water temperature and poor lubrication system performance.According to the actual operation of the systems,a study was conducted to determine the reform on the systems,each adding a water jet pumping system and oil cooler system.After the reform,it improves the vacuum ability of the systems.
