摘要
斜拉扣挂法属于拱桥无支架缆索吊装法的一种,其基本思路是在加工厂制作拱肋块段,现场分段起吊至设计位置,采用斜拉索结构承载拱肋自重、控制拱肋线形,最终完成拱肋合龙。文章依托某主跨507m的大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥工程实例,介绍了斜拉扣挂法施工阶段索力计算分析方法,提出了扣塔受力计算分析的优化算法,为类似工程提供参考。
The cable-stayed fastening method belongs to a kind of non-bracket cable hoisting method of arch bridge,its basic idea is to manufacture the arch rib block in the processing plant,hoist it in segments to the designed field position,use the stayed cable structure to bear the weight of arch rib and control the arch rib linearity,then eventually complete the arch rib closure.Based on the project example of large-span CFST arch bridge with a main span of 507 m,this article introduced the cable force calculation and analysis method at the construction stage by cable-stayed fastening method,and proposed the optimization algorithm for the calculation analysis of fastening-tower force,which can provide references for similar projects.
