摘要 目的探讨甘草水提物对小鼠肠道菌群的影响.方法 25只BALB/c小鼠分为5组,分别灌胃高、中、低剂量的甘草水提物并以金银花作为对照组、生理盐水作为空白对照,处理10 d后,采集粪便提取基因组DNA,送样进行16 S r DNA V4V5区测序分析.结果小鼠的肠道微生物主要由拟杆菌门、厚壁菌门和变形菌门等组成,与生理盐水对照组比较,随着甘草水提物浓度的增大,拟杆菌门和变形菌门丰度都相对减少,厚壁菌门丰度显著增加,并且S24-7、脱硫弧菌、Flexispira等菌群的变化与甘草剂量之间表现出良好的相关性.结论甘草水提物能够显著影响小鼠肠道菌群的构成,从而影响机体的生理状态. Objective To explore the effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis decoction on intestinal flora in mice.Methods 25 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including three different doses of Glycyrrhiza uralensis decoction groups,honeysuckle decoction group and physiological saline group.After 10 days of drug gavage,the fecal samples were collected and DNA was extracted for 16S rDNA V4V5 region sequencing.Results The intestinal flora of mice was mainly composed of Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria.Compared with the physiological saline group,the abundances of Bacteroides and Proteobacteria were relatively decreased,but the abundance of Firmicutes was significantly increased in Glycyrrhiza uralensis treated mice in a concentration-dependent manner.There was a good correlation between the dosage of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and the change of intestinal flora such as S24-7,Desulfovibroi and Flexispira.Conclusion Glycyrrhiza uralensis decoction may significantly affect the composition of intestinal flora in mice,and then affect the physiological state of the body.
